■ University-wide Closure Notice
The university will be closed from Friday, August 7, 2026 to Sunday, August 16, 2026. Certificate services will be unavailable during this period.
Service access requests and certificate applications (postal delivery) submitted during the closure will be treated as received on Monday, August 17 and processed beginning Monday, August 17.
　
■ System Maintenance Notice
Please be advised that the system will be unavailable during the following period due to scheduled maintenance. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding.

■ Update on Service Content (Effective November 2024)
In response to increasing digitalization and globalization, we updated our certificate issuance system and revised the fees in November 2024 to enhance convenience for our users.
